The Wounded Shadow
In this final thrilling installment of The Darkwater series, The Wounded Shadow, the armies of the north surround the Darkwater, hoping to contain its evil. But the enemy has planted gold within its streams to lure the greedy and reckless into its shadow, there to enslave them.
Willet and the rest of the Vigil work to understand the nature of its evil, but they must fight an ever-growing army that move with the speed of the gifted.
With all other hopes eliminated, Willet works to call the Fayit to aid them against an immortal enemy.
Desperate to unlock the knowledge hidden in Willet’s mind, Pellin journeys to the southern continent, but he races against time as the boundaries of the Darkwater grow, and more are swept into its evil influence each day.
